What You Should Know About Charcoal Packaging
1. Bag / Sack Packaging
Bag / Sack Packaging usually use for natural charcoal such as lump size coconut shell charcoal, mesh size coconut shell charcoal, any wood charcoal such as tamarin wood charcoal, halaban alaban wood charcoal, sonokeling rosewood charcoal, acacia ayin charcoal, orange wood charcoal, cofee wood charcoal, mangrove wood charcoal etc.
The size of bag has variation in range 5 kgs, 10 kgs, 15 kgs, 20 kgs, 25 kgs, 35 kgs, 50kgs and 100 kgs.
Minimum printing for this packaging is only "made in indonesia" or "charcoal made in indonesia" or "bio fuel made in indonesia" for custom purposes only.

2. Box Packaging
Box Packaging usually use for briquette charcoal such as shisha briquette charcoal, barbeque bbq briquette charcoal, sawdust briquette charcoal or even white charcoal and binchotan charcoal.
For shisha, our buyer sometimes request it packaging include inner plastic, inner box and master box.
Inner plastic should be follow what it inner box or only master box, inner plastic size are usually in 250gr, 500 gr, 1 kg, 2 kgs, 3 kgs, 5 kgs, 7 kgs, 10 kgs, 15 kgs, 20 kgs. But sometimes bag / sack need inner plastic also for special packaging request.
Inner box usually only use in shisha briquette charcoal with sizes 250gr, 500 gr, 1 kg, 2 kgs, 3 kgs, and 5 kgs. Box types for inner box is usually only has 2 types of paper called duplex and corrugated eflute. But for finishing there are many kinds such as laminated, doft, emboss, bevel, holographic, safety sticker and many more.
Inner box has big affect to for final price of shisha briquette charcoal. It prices range is start from 90 USD to 350 USD per ton addition from shisha briquette charcoal price itself and need minimum order quantity for special or highly customized packaging.
Last kind of box packaging is master box. There is no special treatment or kind of master box, the types only has 2 options, double wall corrugated and single wall corrugated. For printing is not too affect to the price because only 2 options also for printing such as one color printing or full color printing. And for addition we can add double stripping belt or and wrapped plastic to protect it from humidity on the ship.
3. Jumbo Bag Packaging
** usually for wood pellet, mesh size coconut charcoal, small sawdust charcoal **
4. Bulk Packaging
** usually for palm kernel shell, wood pellet, and sawdust raw material using barge or mother vessel **
5. Pallet Packaging
